Yes, you will have a detailed receipt that is sent with your package for your records. - How does the custom wine label process work?
All you need to do is pick a template. Once you pick the template you can manipulate the colors, fonts, and even import and image. If you have any questions please send a message to info@zillahpeakcellars.com. - How much will this cost?
Cost will depend on the amount you buy. As long as you are using one of our label templates, there is no set-up fee. - What if I want a label designed specifically for me?
You have a few options:- You can change any of our templates around to make it work for you. If you have any questions, please email info@zillahpeakcellars.com.
- If you would like us to create a label in house with our custom label personnel, there will be a $50 set up fee to design your label. This allows you to make two changes to the label design we send to you. You will need to supply us with any wording, pictures, graphics and a description of what you would like to see on your label.
- We also have a list of professional designers that know our specifications and who would love to work with you. Please email info@zillahpeakcellars.com for more information and we will send you a list of our designers and their fees.
- Do I have to apply the wine labels myself?
No, we will apply the label for you before the wine is shipped. - Is my delivery date guaranteed by your company?
No, your delivery date is dependent upon the shipping method you choose through UPS. You will need to add about 3 full working days for us to get the labels printed and applied. If there are any unforeseen circumstances with your label that are beyond our control, this will delay the shipping process. - How do you ship your wine?
We ship all of our wine through UPS. - Do you have to order all the same wine?
No, you can mix and match your order based upon the wine that is available. - What if I want to buy several cases and ship each bottle to individuals at separate addresses?
Please call us at 425-485-2437 x 106 for more information. Our website does not have the capability to perform this step, so if it is something you would like to do, we will need to see if we can accommodate your request. These decisions will be made on a case by case basis. - Why can't I ship wine to my state?
There are federal laws that hinder us from delivering to certain states. If the state allows us to ship to your state, we may not have a permit to do so. If we don’t currently ship to your state, please let us know and if we get enough inquiries, we may begin shipping. - Why is shipping wine so expensive?
Shipping wine is so expensive because in addition to the weight of the wine, there are other rules we must follow (direct signatures from persons over 21) that add costs to the shipping price. - What is the maximum size for custom labels?
All of our labels are a standard size that measure 3.25 inches wide x 4 inches tall. - Can I taste your wines before I buy?
No. Since we are an online service, we can not sample the wine. You can purchase 1 bottle to try with a generic label. - Where does your wine ship from?
All our wine ships from our winery in Woodinville, WA - Can I order labels alone?

We adhere to all federal and legal regulations. We will not print any labels with nudity, profanity, public figures, or threats. We also have a library of templates from you to choose from. - Do you charge set up fees for custom labels or images?
No, it is included in the bottle price. - What is your minimum order?
We sell 1 bottle to an infinite amount of cases. The more you buy the better the price. - How long does the order process take?
The order process should take no more than 30 minutes to complete depending on the complexity and changes you make on your template. - How long will it take my product to ship?
Your product will ship within 3 full working days. - What if I am not sure about a wine and need some more help?
