- Wines are shipped by UPS only. Shipping prices will vary based upon the size of your order and the destination of the wine.
- UPS Ground Shipping is the standard shipping method. Please allow 3-5 business days, Monday thru Friday for order transit time. Orders are processed in the order received and require 5-7 days production time. Rush orders indicate that your order will ship within 1-2 business days via Ground shipping and are subject to additional fees. Expedited orders indicate that your order is high priority express shipping and are subject to 2nd day Delivery.
- All orders are adult signature verified by the courier and recipient. The delivery courier will not leave the package at the door under any circumstances!
- When ordering, please allow at least 14 days, not including Saturdays or Sundays from the date the order is submitted.
- Wine shipments must be delivered to a physical address (no P.O. boxes).
- Due to federal and state laws we are only allowed to ship to certain states. Click here for map of states we can currently ship.
- Zillah Peak Cellars cannot be responsible for weather conditions or natural disasters and thus any orders that are late due to weather or natural disasters are not subject to refund, rebate or returns. Zillah Peak Cellars is not responsible for attempted deliveries from UPS as it is your responsibility to be present to accept your wine order. Under no circumstances will wines be left at your door, even at your request, due to liability and law regulations.
