In addition if you select your order to be shipped by UPS on your account, we need your account name and number. This information allows us to process your order.
We also use your e-mail address to occasionally notify you about improvements, changes to our website or notification of new label designs.

We utilize "Cookies," the small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive, to assist us in keeping track of your items put in your shopping cart between visits. The "Cookies" do not identify you as an individual nor contain personal information. We use them as a tool to make your shopping experience easier on our site.

The label designs, graphic designs and artwork are proprietary to Zillah Peak Cellars and may not be downloaded or reproduced in any fashion. The reproduction of our designs will be subject to copyright laws.
Zillah Peak Cellars reserve the right to use your customized labels for customer examples on our website. If you do not want us using your customized labels as customer examples, please send us an email to labels@zillahpeakcellars.com and we will not post your label as an example for any reason. If we do not receive an email from you, we reserve the right to use your label for any Zillah Peak Cellars use.

Refund Policy
- We will give refunds on all merchandise found to be defective. Normal refund turnaround time varies depending on the time of cancellation.
- We do not guarantee any refunds, exchanges, or cancellations of wine purchases.
Sales Policy
- You must be 21 years old to order and receive wine shipments. We refuse the right to sell to anyone.
- Company has the right to refuse any label that may violate copyright, trademark, or alcoholic bureau regulations. Alcohol bureau regulations prohibit images containing the following: state and national flags, pornography, inappropriate language, and military emblems or symbols.
- All orders will be assessed the ship-to state’s sales tax and shipping fees when applicable.

- Purchaser hereby agrees that he/she is of age in their state to purchase and consume any alcoholic beverages. He/she agrees that the credit card, cashier’s check, and/or money order used to purchase this order are owned/established by the purchaser. Zillah Peak Cellars and affiliates are not liable for identify fraud or the misrepresentation of the purchaser. Any identity fraud by the user may result in a felony in their state.
Labeling Laws
Zillah Peak Cellars will follow all rules and Guidelines set by the TTB. If your label has anything prohibitive included in the design, we will inform you within 48 hours and send you a revised label for approval that is within TTB guidelines and regulations.
